PrintIt

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These are the rules for using PrintIt. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If something here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

1. Who you are dealing with

PrintIt is operated by PrintIt, Egypt. In these terms, "we" and "PrintIt" mean the operator, and "you" means the person using the app.

By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use PrintIt.

2. What PrintIt is

PrintIt connects you with independent print shops. You upload a document and choose how you want it printed; we send the job to a shop, the shop prints it, and it is delivered to the address you gave.

The printing is done by an independent business, not by us. We are responsible for the service — taking your order, choosing a shop, pricing it, and getting it to you — and we are the people you deal with if something goes wrong. You do not have to chase anyone else.

3. Your account

4. Placing an order

  1. You upload your document and choose the paper, colour, sides, copies and any binding.
  2. Our server opens the file and counts the pages. The page count and the price are calculated by us, not by your phone, so the figure you are shown is the figure that will be charged.
  3. You confirm, and the order is offered to print shops that can do that work and are near enough to deliver.
  4. A shop accepts it, prints it, and it is delivered.

We choose the shop, and we do not tell you which shop it was. That is deliberate and it is not something support can look up for you. Before a shop accepts your job it is shown the work and the payment only — not your files, not your file names, and nothing that identifies you.

An order is not guaranteed until a shop accepts it. If no shop takes it — because of the hour, the workload, or the type of job — we will tell you, and you will not be charged.

5. What you may print

You are responsible for what you upload. By sending us a document you confirm that you have the right to print it and to have someone else print it for you.

Do not upload anything that:

We do not read your documents, and we have no system that inspects their contents. But a shop physically prints your file and will see it. If a shop reports an order as illegal, or if we are told about one, we may refuse it and close the account behind it.

6. Prices and payment

7. Cancelling an order

The line is simple, and it is the same line the app enforces:

If you need to stop an order after a shop has accepted it, email us. We will do what we can, but we cannot promise it.

8. Refunds

If an order is not delivered, arrives badly printed, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right — normally by reprinting it, or by refunding you.

Refunds are arranged by hand, not automatically in the app. Email hamza2008ismail@gmail.com with your order and what went wrong, and we will reply within 30 days. If we owe you a refund, we have to settle it before your account can be closed, because we cannot send money to an account that no longer exists.

9. Ratings

After an order is delivered you can rate it from one to five stars and leave a comment. Keep comments about the job. We may remove a comment that is abusive or that identifies a person, and we may remove ratings that are not about a real order.

10. Your files

You keep all rights to your documents. We do not claim any ownership of them and we do not use them for anything except printing the order you placed.

Your uploaded files are deleted automatically 30 days after the order is finished. The privacy policy describes this in full.

11. When the service does not work

We try to keep PrintIt running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Shops close, phones break, couriers get lost, and software has bugs.

Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to put that order right — a reprint, a redelivery, or a refund of what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond that, such as a missed deadline or an opportunity lost because a document arrived late. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

12. Closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time — here is how, and what happens to your data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that uses the service fraudulently, or that leaves an unpaid balance. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and if the change matters we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use PrintIt after a change means you accept the new version.

14. Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
